Report a site, or answer a report
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Pulse5 hosts websites that other people build. If one of them breaks the law, infringes your copyright, or imitates someone to deceive visitors, tell us here. People can also answer a report about their own site with a counter-notice.
1. Send a report
2. Copyright notices (DMCA)
A valid notice names the copyrighted work, identifies the infringing page, gives your contact details, includes a good-faith statement, includes a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act, and carries your signature. The form above collects all of these.
When a notice is valid we disable the page and tell its owner. Notices may be passed to the owner. Knowingly false notices can make the sender liable for damages.
Send copyright notices to: Omer, Israel, contact@pulse5.site, or use the form above.
Counter-notice
If we disabled your site and you believe that was a mistake, choose "Counter-notice" above, enter the reference from our email, and confirm under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the page was disabled by mistake or misidentification. You also consent to the courts of your home district, or of Israel if you are outside the United States, and accept service of process from the person who sent the notice. We restore the page 10 to 14 business days after a valid counter-notice, unless the sender shows they have started a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of three valid copyright notices, or that we find infringing repeatedly in any other way, are closed.
3. Other illegal content
We review reports of illegal content, phishing and impersonation, and we act on clear cases quickly. Reports of intimate images shared without consent are handled first and the content is removed within 48 hours of a valid report. Reports of child sexual abuse material are reviewed immediately, the content is preserved and reported to the authorities, and the site is disabled.
If you tell us about content on your own site that you believe is lawful, we explain our decision by email and how to appeal. Decisions are made by a person.
4. Contact points (EU Digital Services Act)
Point of contact for authorities and for people who use the service:contact@pulse5.site. We answer in English and Hebrew.
Government and law enforcement requests: send them to contact@pulse5.site. We ask for the legal basis, review each request, and tell the account holder unless the law or a court order forbids it.
